Ingredients

For the Casserole:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped

 

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
Add the onion and garlic, cooking for another 3–5 minutes until softened.
Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, ground beef mixture, and the prepared sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.

Step 6: Serve
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
