For the cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
